Day 10: Three-Pepper Pasta

So today we did Three-Pepper Pasta. Allison seemed excited to try out her new knife that she bought the other day, so she cut up onions and parsley while I chopped the veggies. This was easy enough for anyone to do, so try it out!

Executive Decisions

How was it?

Really good. If you remove the kabobs from the picture, this is a vegetarian meal. It is really flavorful, and is a winner if you like bell peppers.

Things We Would Change

I did not like the kabobs in there, so i would remove them if i could have, but you would not make a mistake like that… Right?
