Today we did Lemon-Pepper Steaks (and baked potatoes). I grilled the steaks and peppers on our gas grill (for quickness as apposed to doing it on our charcoal grill). This was a very fast meal, except for the baked potatoes, and yummy. Unfortunately, we were not very prepared today, so we ended up having to eat this meal a little cold. Let this be a lesson to you (and me) that you need to know exactly what is happening in the recipe.
- As said above, we added a baked potato. I just felt the steaks were not enough food.
- Also, we did not slice the bell peppers in half until after we cooked them, this made them harder to peel.
How was it?
Things We Would Change
- Be better prepared, so we could have eaten this meal hot.
- I wanted to try a different way to cook steaks, which may be implemented sometime in the future.
