First of all, let me tell you that Allison and I do not cook desserts. She likes to make chocolate chip cookies, but that’s where her skills end, and I have never been that into sweets. That being said, we had a dinner party at a friend’s house (so we could not cook dinner here), and decided we would bring over this dessert. We saw it on Kelsey’s Essentials and decided to give it a try.
- We did not add all the honey and butter this recipe calls for. As I said before, we are not dessert makers, and assumed since everything else we have made of hers was good, this should be too.
How was it?
Things We Would Change
We would have cooked the puff pastry for about two minutes by itself, just to make it crispier.
