We decided to slow cook some pork today, mostly because it makes for GREAT leftovers. I like to eat it in sandwiches, tortillas, and by itself. Basically, if you have a crock pot and pork shoulder, you have the best easy meal ever.
- Pork shoulder (boneless or not)
- 1 onion
- 4 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 packet of McCormick’s BBQ slow cooker pork package
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne

Things We Would Change
Allison would want a little less cayenne. As most people know, hot things only get hotter with simmering. Our one tablespoon became enough heat for at least two.
