During my final evening out of town, I cooked a meal with my baby sister here in Nacogdoches. She wanted to make one of her favorites, Balsamic-Glazed Chicken. In addition, I made some potatoes and green beans.
- The potatoes were boiled and mixed in with pesto and parmesan cheese! YUM!
- The green beans had butter, oil, brown sugar, chopped dried onions, garlic, and pepper corns.
How was it?
It was AMAZING! I absolutely loved the chicken, and especially the grape tomatoes, they took on all the flavor of the balsamic vinegar and the red wine.
Things I Would Change
- I think if you cooked the chicken in the pan in the balsamic and red wine also, it would give the chicken more of that delicious flavor.
