Tonight we went with an easy meal, that took really little time, Stromboli! It’s a recipe we just kind of made up as we go, and it worked out just as expected.
- Premade pizza dough
- A couple of tablespoons of pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Pizza toppings
- Fill your pizza dough with your sauce, cheese and toppings
- Seal the dough pocket and cut four thin slices in the top
- Bake with the directions from the pizza dough
How was it?
It was pretty good, but not like getting one from Sbarro, or somewhere like that. The ease of throwing it together real quick, definitely made it better though.
Things We Would Change
I would have liked to use a thinner crust
